About
Natalie is a registered psychologist who has experience working in various therapeutic settings, including community health, meditation centres, schools, and private practice. She is available for online appointments.
She received her education in Poland (Master in Art History, Jagiellonian University) and Australia (Masters of Professional Psychology, Deakin). Working in different countries helped her develop an open-minded, non-judgemental and curious approach to others.
Natalie’s special interests are supporting people with personality and interpersonal difficulties, experiences of trauma, lifespan transitions, vocational exploration, and finding meaning. She often works with people with diverse backgrounds, neurodivergence, and high sensitivity.
As a practitioner, Natalie works within an evidence-based framework drawing from Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural therapy, Schema therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. She draws on psychodynamic and attachment frameworks and is dedicated to providing an authentic presence when supporting clients to reach their goals.
