About
Mollie is a clinical psychology registrar who offers psychological therapy and assessment to children, youth, and adults.
Mollie adopts a playful, accepting, curious and empathetic (PACE) stance to build meaningful and collaborative relationships with all individuals and families she works with.
Mollie has experience working alongside individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, parental stress and difficulties, interpersonal problems, and relationship difficulties.
Mollie has a strong interest in working with children, parents, and families to develop stronger collaborative relationships, and supporting neurodivergent individuals to develop their self-understanding.
Using a collaborative and client-centred approach, Mollie draws on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Attachment-focused therapies.
Mollie completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Edith Cowan University in Perth. She has worked in educational settings, hospitals, child protection, and private practice.
Mollie is passionate about working holistically with individuals and families. She recognises and values the strengths and expertise that her clients bring to the therapy space and hopes to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic space for clients to work towards their goals and to create meaningful change.
