Amelia is a registered clinical psychologist who provides therapy and assessment to youth and adults.
Known for her warm and collaborative approach, Amelia is dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships, fostering well-being, and empowering clients to achieve their goals.
Amelia has experience in treating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, personality disorders, relationship challenges, and PTSD. She draws on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Compassion-focused CBT, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, and EMDR, tailoring each approach to meet individual needs.
With a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Tasmania, Amelia brings a breadth of experience from her work across private and public inpatient and outpatient hospitals, community health, and educational settings.
